DELIVERY COSTS

Standard delivery is $11 via Australia Post with an option to upgrade at checkout to Express delivery. We offer FREE Standard delivery on all orders over $75. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery is 5-8 business days. Next day dispatch applies to products in stock. Orders received and processed by us before 5pm each business day will be dispatched on the following business day for next day dispatch items, and delivered on average within 5-8 business days but in most cases, earlier than this.

Express delivery is 1-3 business days. Certain areas may be delivered longer depending on your location. Orders received and processed by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched on the following Monday for next day dispatch items.

Wild Tribe Australia will not responsible for deliveries to an address provided that show delivered by Australia Post but not received by the recipient. This includes any items as an attempted delivery and Australia Post returning to the nearest post office for collection.

MISSING PARCELS

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post. Unfortunately these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at wildtribeaustralia@gmail.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

TAXES & DUTIES

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.
